Request to speak at a Council or Committee meeting

If you have a topic you'd like to address with Council or a Committee of Council, you can submit a request online to speak at a meeting.

Councillors' Correspondence and Records

Please note that a Councillor's constituent records and correspondence are not subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or the City's privacy policies. The records are the councillor's personal records and are held by the councillor in the capacity of an elected representative of a constituent and relate to the councillor's mandate and function as an elected representative only. That means that a councillor will not share your correspondence with staff unless you give permission, even when you are asking a councillor to get information or answers for you.
