Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all public service counters in the City of Mississauga are currently closed. You can submit freedom of information requests by mail or in the drop box. The drop box is located on the north side of City Hall. You must include the $5 application fee payable to the City of Mississauga in a sealed envelope to the attention of the Office of the City Clerk. Please be aware that there may be a delay in our response. We may not be able to retrieve records until our offices reopen. This includes permit drawings and hard copy, paper records.
